Shipping & Handling to US and Canada (2-9 days). Templates will be sent First Class International or or Priority International. Rates are $3.00 for orders up to $10, $6 up to $35, $12 up to $100, $ 15 up to $150, $17 up to $200, and $20 for everything over $200. We will always ship to you at the best rate.

If the templates are defective, you may return them to us within 7 days for replacement or store credit, excluding shipping costs. If you are returning an item, please contact us first. When returning an item, we recommend you insure your package and use a trackable carrier method. We cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please notify us within 7 days if there is a problem with your custom order. Custom orders are not refundable.
For large custom orders, please check the prototype you are sent for accuracy and notify us within 7 days if there is a problem. Once the entire order is cut and sent, we cannot replace it or give a refund.
